AG Foods

The AG Foods banner program is a complete advertising package, which includes weekly flyers, competitive product pricing in the form of ad plans, store signage and six themed super saver promotions throughout the calendar year. The goal of this program is to drive sales within rural communities, where the majority of our stores are located, and keep customer dollars from migrating to larger centers. Our ads often feature family friendly recipes and encourage enjoying a meal at home with family and friends.

Our weekly flyers are printed in full-colour on environmentally friendly paper. The standard flyer is eight pages and that is increased to twelve pages on key weeks (usually long weekends and holidays) at least ten times throughout the year at no additional cost to the retailer.

Independently owned and operated grocery stores are participating in this program throughout British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan. Stores should have ample square footage to carry all the AG Foods advertised specials, along with fresh meat and produce departments. Fresh bakery and deli departments are recommended, but not required.

By joining the AG Foods group of retailers, store can be assured that their interests are represented through the advertising retail council, which meets weekly via tele-conference to discuss our advertising plans.
